Kathy was another of my "short" friends. We went to school together for several years before we realized that we were kinda sorta related. Kathy was such a sweet girl. She had lots of struggles in her life and deserved better from it than she got. Was so very sad when I found out that she had died alone in Florida. Her biggest fear was being alone after her mother died.
Kathy and I became good friends in high school. We did a lot of crazy things and life was never dull when I was with Kathy. I loved her and I regret not keeping in touch with her cause maybe I could have helped her in some way. Rest in peace sweet friend.

Kathy was our friend...always interested in others and always
so shy it seemed. I never felt I knew the "true" Kathy. It is my hope that she and her Mother are together
