Mr. Bishop was born February 19, 1953, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Melton Paul and Inez Bishop. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge and Eagles Lodge. Mr. Bishop worked at Mrs. Baird’s Bakery for eight years and Stewart & Stevenson of Houston for over twenty years.

Survivors include his wife, Cherry Bishop of Humble; his mother, Inez McCarty Bishop of Abilene; a sister, Robbie Lynn Bishop Richardson and husband, Gary of Abilene; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bishop was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Danny Ray and Randy Glenn Bishop.

Mr. Bishop was dearly loved by his family and will be missed
